1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by AFTR6 Events & Creativeworks ("AFTR6", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
AFTR6 provides event photography, videography, photo booth, and creative services. The specific services for each booking will be detailed in a separate booking confirmation or contract.
3. Bookings & Payments
- All bookings require a signed agreement and are subject to availability.
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your date.
- The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event date.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer or card.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 30+ days before the event: deposit is non-refundable, but remaining balance will not be charged.
- Cancellations made 14–29 days before: 50% of the total fee is due.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before: full fee is due.
- AFTR6 reserves the right to cancel in cases of force majeure, with a full refund provided.
5. Deliverables
- Edited photographs will be delivered within 5–7 working days.
- Video content will be delivered within 10–14 working days.
- All deliverables are provided via a secure online gallery.
- RAW/unedited files are not included unless explicitly agreed.
6. Copyright & Usage
AFTR6 retains copyright of all photographs and video content. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, personal-use licence. AFTR6 reserves the right to use images and footage for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
AFTR6's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific event. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to venue restrictions, weather, or equipment failure.
8. Changes to Terms
AFTR6 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated date.
